In our organic farm, we have been producing sheep's milk since 1955. It was in the 1950s that our family, originally from Desulo, moved from the heart of Sardinia to Siliqua, finding an ideal area for sheep breeding. With the advent of the second generation and thanks to the fortunate intuition that led us to adopt organic farming methods, we also began to use our milk and transform it into cheese in our mini dairy. We thus guarantee the consumer a short, closed and controlled supply chain, since all the cycles take place in our company, from sowing to the production of cheeses. Our products are all made according to traditional recipes.
