Birrificio Coros was born in Usini (Sassari) in 2016. The brewery identifies itself in the territory that saw its owners becoming entrepreneurs. The logo recalls and wants to pay homage to the coastal towers of Sardinia, a symbol of fortified structures, capable of defending the internal territories from pirate raids. The brewery was born in the land of Cagnulari grapes. “With great passion, we decided to enter the market with five types of beers that respond to five interpretations of the classic and most popular brewing styles. We are proudly among the few breweries offering a handmade product also in the gluten free version”.
