Birrificio Isola was born in Thiesi in 2017 from the initiative of four entrepreneurs in the beverage industry. Isola produces high and low fermentation beers of various types, which alternate according to the seasonality of market demands. The product is sold both bottled and in draft kegs. The production process starts with recipe study and research of raw materials. Birrificio Isola has four partners and three employees. The corporate structure is organized by roles; two partners are in charge of product sales and distribution, one is in charge of plant maintenance, and one is in charge of production.
