Biscottificio Corronca is a family-run company specializing in the production of typical pastries of Sardinian tradition. The activity was born in 1979 in a small pasta factory in the heart of San Sperate from the idea of the two young brothers, Rita and Salvatore. In 2001, the increase in production and its diversification made it necessary to transfer to town’s artisanal area, allowing the installation of new equipment. The process of renewal also lead to the idea of the current corporate logo. Biscottificio Corronca, with a staff of 12 people, has a line of products with more than 20 references and hundreds of small and large customers, and it maintains the same craftsmanship and quality as ever.
