The courage and love for the vine cultivation are common traits to 23 Trexenta winemakers who in 1956 created the Trexenta Agricultural Cooperative. In the 70s Cantina Trexenta wines, especially Nuragus and Monica varieties, are exported to France and Germany. In the '80s began the diversification of production with the first vineyards of Vermentino and Cannonau, and more recently of Chardonnay, Montepulciano and Carignano. Today the winery covers an area of about 200 hectares and is managed with a consolidated professionalism handed down for generations. Our vineyards witness the winemakers love for the land and the millenary vocation for vine culture in Trexenta.
