Pasticceria Castello Malaspina Bosa

Pasticceria Castello Malaspina was founded in the 1970s in a small workshop in the historic centre of Bosa, at the foot of the castle. After a few years the founders Margherita and Antonio Salaris, thanks to the great success of the business, decide to open a new laboratory with the resale in the center of Bosa. The continuous growth has pushed Margherita and Antonio to open, in 2006, a larger laboratory, which would allow them to meet all customer requirements. The production line is now very articulated, ranging from Sardinian sweets to fresh pastries, through Panettoni, Colombe and Easter Eggs.
