Founded in 2016, Coda di Lupo Agricultural Estate is located in Scalìa, a countryside of Arzachena (Sassari). That is an eighteen hectares area of Mediterranean scrub in the heart of Gallura, just three kilometers from the sea. Coda di Lupo believes in environmentally sustainable agriculture, which produces healthy and high quality food, respects the environment and enhances biodiversity. Since 2017, the business has been cultivating the historic Senatore Cappelli durum wheat variety, without the use of pesticides or herbicides. Coda di Lupo transforms the raw material by collaborating with mills, pasta factories and artisan bakeries of the island.
