Consorzio San Michele was founded in 2012 by the meeting of a group of friends who, combining their skills, have decided to give life to an autonomous reality that enhances the Vermentino di Gallura wine. The ten hectares of the members are located in the heart of Gallura, near Berchidda, next to the rural church of San Michele, from which comes the name of the Consortium. The main objective is a high quality product that enhances the character of the land from where it comes. Consorzio San Michele aims to produce Vermentino di Gallura in a traditional way, using only carefully selected Vermentino grapes. The wines of Consorzio San Michele keep the scents of the land and the wind of Sardinia.
