Pasticceria Artigianale Isola dei Sapori by Letizia Sanna is an artisan laboratory that produces fresh pasta and typical Sardinian sweets. It is born after the work of generations of Sanna family’s women, who prepared excellent desserts with great skill for all great occasions, using a few high quality materials: ricotta, cheeses, almonds, honey, saba, saffron. All Isola dei Sapori products are obtained with artisanal processing and with selected raw materials, both local and national. The factory’s goal is to obtain sweets of unique goodness without using chemicals, dyes or preservatives. The production counts pardule, amaretti, caschettas, gueffus, pirichittus, pabassini, almond pastries and ladyfingers, all sweets that bear the PAT (traditional agri-food products) name.
