Eminas, which means 'women' in Sardinian, was born from the dream of three sisters, Emanuela, Mariantonietta and Roberta. We are in Mamoiada, the cradle of Cannonau; first our grandfather and then our father dedicated their time to the care of the centuries-old vineyards, which are now also part of our family. Vineyards that we raise with care according to a traditional and organic agriculture. In 2015 our first wine was born, Eminas, a pure Cannonau Doc of 14.5° which, after a first passage in oak barrels and a stay in steel, slowly refines in the bottle, where it concludes its maturation. In 2020 we will be launching "Izza", from the Sardinian word "figlia", a fresh and fragrant Cannonau rosé. Our aim is to increase production, always respecting our principles.
