Fichía is a small Sardinian company in Domus de Maria that creates tasty, natural, high-quality food products without the use of any kind of preservatives or chemical agents. Fichía produces extra black fig jam with more than 75 percent fruit, black figs dried naturally in the Sardinian sun, black figs caramelized with Cannonau, a treat for the palate, and fig vinegar, an excellent dressing for salads or mixes with raw vegetables. All products are made with a raw material of excellence, the black fig of Chia, a particular variety of Ficus Carica, with a unique flavor and texture, which is born and grows only in the locality of Chia in the municipality of Domus de Maria, recently recognized as National Agrobiodiversity.
