We are the Frantoio F.lli Serra. Our family comes from an ancient Villacidro oil mills tradition, and for five generations has been working with passion to the olive processing. Originally, in the Serra oil mill, the olives were ground with huge granite wheels, rotated with the help of donkeys or horses. Today, many years later, oil comes out of a mechanical process, without the addition of any chemical element. Olives from all over Medio Campidano area flow into our mill. Here we produce the "F.lli Serra" extra virgin olive oil, carefully processed in all its phases, which arrives to the table with all the flavors and aroma of a genuine product.
