Azienda Agricola Funtana Cana is located in Pattada, in the heart of Logudoro, a gem of gastronomic and natural flavours where nature and time have maintained the same fundamental role that they had hundreds of years ago, when Sardinian shepherds used to prepare their cheeses with skilful steps, which have been handed down from father to son for generations. Today the technology and some machinery allow the company to disclose those extraordinary flavours on both Italian and European territory. The milk, the technique and the fodder have preserved the organoleptic characteristics of the products of that era.
