Guttiau srl was born in Ardauli, a small village of the Barigadu area, thanks to the intuition of a gentleman who, starting from the typical carasau bread, invented a new and unique product. This product is in facts a snack with an original flavor, and is nowadays popular and enjoyed not only in Sardinia but also beyond national and international borders. Over the years, the company has undergone several stages, with the consequent evolution of the product itself, carried out with a careful selection of its ingredients (durum wheat semolina, salt, oil), and of new formats and packaging.
