Amaretti

Il Giglio Dolci di Sardegna’s amaretti are characterized by the particular consistency obtained by the union of a few, highly selected natural ingredients: almonds and armelline from Italian cultivations, sugar and fresh egg whites. The result is a biscuit with a typical bitter-sweet aroma and a crispy breastplate protecting its soft heart. The sweet amaretti give off an intense and unmistakable scent, releasing their enveloping and typically Sardinian taste.
