La Pasta Gluten Free Il Girasole was born in January 2017 with the aim of introducing typical Sardinian long and short types of pasta with the added value of the exclusive use of gluten-free cereals, namely corn and rice. Our offer focuses on offering a product that guarantees quality and genuineness, paying particular attention to what is a gluten free product, following the standard rules and respecting the final consumer. Our goal, however, is to make these products appreciated by celiac people as well as by those who choose to feed themselves in a healthy way without having to give up their pleasure and good taste.
