The Liquorificio Is Cogas was born in Villacidro in 2018 by the will of Cristina Pibiri and Fabrizio Falchi. The founders have always nurtured a great passion for the production of liqueurs, which they try to transmit within every single bottle. This young reality comes from the love for nature and the uncontaminated environment of Sardinia, as well as the desire to take advantage of the opportunities offered by its wonderful territory. "Is Cogas" brand tells the indissoluble bond that links Cristina and Fabrizio with their land and their country of origin. According to an ancient legend, Villacidro is in facts considered "sa bidda de is cogas", or "the land of witches".
