For over 60 years, La Casa de Grano produces typical Sardinian pasta: "Is Malloreddus", "Sa Fregula" and "Is Maccarronis de Busa", using the best durum wheat semolina, which has high protein content. Throughtout the years La Casa del Grano preserved the genuineness and the simplicity of its products while respecting the values of tradition. The factory uses a state-of-the-art machinery which is appropriately modified in order to ensure a high-quality production that is comparable to craftsmanship.
