La Pasta Fresca by Rosanna Chironi & c. Sas, has been working for more than 25 years in the production of typical food and beverage from Ogliastra and Sardinia, and also in the production and marketing of typical Sardinian delicatessen. It’s production and sales site is in Santa Maria Navarrese, a beautiful seaside resort in the Municipality of Baunei. The business is entirely run by women: the owner Rosanna and the new generation represented by her daughters Elisabetta and Sabine, respectively responsible for the production and marketing of the products. The products are made according to the oldest and original Sardinian recipes which are adapted to the modern gastronomic needs without changing their original meaning.
