Mula Laura Rimedia farm, known as “L'Ortolano” (The Greengrocer), is a Sardinian farm born in 2003 in Orosei, a coastal town in the province of Nuoro, crossed by the Cedrino River. The fertile soils of Cedrino Valley allow the cultivation of different varieties of quality fruit and vegetables. In 2016, the company created a transformation workshop to bring to the table the real taste of fresh fruits and vegetables. The use of large quantities of fruit makes it possible not to use pectin, and the absence of preservatives keeps the authentic flavors of fresh ingredients. The production of in-oils and creams comes from the recipes handed down over the years, which enhance the most genuine products and their authentic flavors.
