Birrificio 4 Mori was born in March 2013 from an idea of the partners Paolo Lai and Antonio Zanda, to whom is added the brewer master Matthias Müller. The company is located in an ancient room of Montevecchio Geomineral Park. Our quality beers narrate the past and are projected into the future, and come from an accurate and rigorous production process, respecting the Bavarian purity edict of 1516. The materials are carefully selected: local durum wheat, Gennargentu chestnuts and pure water with the ideal characteristics for the production of beer. The use of local raw materials and the use of renewable sources for the reduction of CO2 emissions are the company objective behind the production philosophy.
