La Fabbrica Orafa Artigiana by Fernando Marrocu and Sons carries on an aesthetic and cultural stream in the direction of handicrafts. The company, born in Villacidro in 1967, comes from an artisan tradition that today can boast masters and artists for five generations. In the Marrocu laboratory are born authentic, exclusive works of unique refinement: weaves of wires and granules, wisely laid on thin gold plates that, with wisdom and precision on the part of the goldsmiths, form ancient, but still contemporary shapes. The jewelery, packed with extreme care, is the result of research and studies that, together with a perfect craftiness, make the company famous. A few years ago, the company has added silver jewelery collections that, while being less expensive, are produced with extreme care and craftsmanship that is typical of Sardinian goldsmith tradition.
