Mulino Sulis Bruno began its activity in 1970 near Samugheo, in the centre of Sardinia. It deals with the grinding of durum wheat using the traditional "stone" system. This one makes possible to obtain a product of excellent quality from the alimentary point of view, thanks to the fact that with the "stone" grinding the wheat proteins do not undergo high temperatures that would modify their organoleptic properties. The taste and the fragrance of the bread prepared with the Sulis groats and flours are excellent. In addition to conventional grains, on demand we grind certified organic grains on, ie wheat grown without the aid of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
