OLEIFICIO GIOVANNI MATTEO CORRIAS is located in Riola Sardo, in the Sinis peninsula, located in the central-western coast of Sardinia. It’s an area of agricultural vocation, characterized by a mild and sunny climate that favors the growth of suggestive olive groves as well as luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation. In the early 1990s, Giovanni Matteo Corrias chose this land to follow an ancient tradition handed down for generations, continuing the frantic activity he had learned in the old family mill in Bonarcado. This is how Oleificio Giovanni Matteo Corrias was born. For the first twenty years the company deals only with the processing of olives for third parties. Over the course of time, Giovanni Matteo transferred his love for the production of such a noble product to his children, Manuela and Matteo. The two, now adults, are the current Marketing and Production technicians.
