Corax, Azienda Agricola Piras Francesco, is a family-run company, which has been producing oil in Alghero for more than forty years. Our olive trees have their roots in a land rich in history and tradition, and breathe the sea air every day. To the scents and flavors of nature, we add the passion and experience of our work. The result is an oil of different qualities that, from our family, comes directly to your table. Today we cultivate over one hundred hectares of olive grove and the brand Corax has five different categories: Fruity, Organic, D.O.P. Sardinia, Sweet and Flavored. In 2010, we obtained the Organic Certification for the transformation of the olives and the packaging of the oil, and started the organic cultivation, which led in 2013 to the production of Corax Oil with organic certification.
