The quality of the raw materials is the cornerstone of the company, which uses only Sardinian flours from the grinding of Senatore Capelli wheat.
Panificio Soru brings out daily the traditional Carasau Bread, characterized by a leaf, the "fressa", which is very thin and friable. Among the products of excellence there are two variants of the Ovodda bread: the "Integrale" carasau and the "Grussu" carasau.
