The company was born in 2002 by the desire of Caterina Brau to relive in the village of Oniferi a secular confectionery tradition reflecting in its products all the love for local ingredients and customs. The prerogative of the small confectionery laboratory, a well known excellence in the center of Sardinia, is to preserve the quality of the artisanal production of typical Sardinian sweets. The Brau pastry specializes in the production of amaretti, bianchini, embroidered biscuits, pistiddu, papassinos, casadinas, s’aranzada and many other pastries in the tradition.
