Stefano Pibi's Pbread Natural Bakery produces bread, pizzas and leavened baked goods in Cagliari. Stefano Pibi, Bakery Chef, is an engineer who has always been passionate about cooking and in particular about leavened products, who in 2017 abandoned a career in telecommunications to devote himself to the "white art", and since then has dedicated himself full time to his natural bakery. Each product is prepared with a focus on raw materials and processes. Pbread prefers the use of sourdough, lovingly cared for in every step of its daily regeneration, taking inspiration from tradition but applying modern baking techniques that tend to safeguard the raw material in terms of scents, flavors and nutritional values.
