The Pedralonga farm is located in Samatzai, surrounded by rolling hills, about 30 km from the sea. Pedralonga produces extra virgin olive oil, characterised by a fresh, herbaceous fragrance and a bitter, spicy taste, due to the very high polyphenol content. The delicate flavours of Pedralonga's extra virgin olive oil express all the passion and experience that have always gone into processing each Cultivar and respecting its characteristics. After the olives have been picked, the oil is obtained thanks to an ultra-modern two-phase cold extraction system and finally bottled.
