Quartomoro di Sardegna was founded by Piero Cella as an “educational cellar”, an experimental and research substrate of the oenologist; it is a factory of ideas, viticulture experiences and Sardinian enology. The interweaving of professional and social relationships produces a series of products deriving from the grapes, which aim to be the cornerstones of Sardinian production. "Today, in Arborea, we transform grapes with great simplicity, supporting and accompanying nature in silence and with great respect. We vinify authentic viticulture pearls, with the intent of highlighting the varietal notes. Luciana and I are winemakers who try to get a regular symphony, without looking for accents and forced organoleptic perfections, but searching the essence of Sardinian grapes."
