Pastificio Sa Panada was founded in Oschiri in 1989. It produces exclusively panadas, the typical dish of the village. The activity was born with the aim of enhancing, making known and marketing this authentic Sardinian food. Since 2002 the company has been operating in a new factory equipped with modern technologies that allow it to reach high production capacities, while maintaining the very high quality of the products, guaranteed by a careful selection of raw materials. Pastificio Sa Panada is an all-female and family-run company. Laura Achenza manages the entire production, while her daughters Valentina and Martina deal respectively with communication and commercial aspects.
