"Sapori del Passato" confectionery is a small workshop born in Fonni to give life to the dream of its founder, Mrs. Giovanna Innocenti. Her dream comes true after twenty years of experience gained with passion in the historic family biscuit factory. Sapori del Passato responds to the desire of creating typical products re-proposing the ancient recipes of the tradition from the beautiful territory of Fonni, in the center of Sardinia. All the products only contain simple and genuine ingredients, processed manually with great skill and passion. Each product tells a story, a story made of goodness without any secret. Like the sweets of all grandmothers.
