S' Offelleria of Luca Zorco is an artisan confectionery company founded in 2002 in Vallermosa, in the South of Sardinia, and which has always made innovation, quality and respect for tradition its strong points. Quality and careful selection of Sardinian raw materials are essential for S'Offelleria, which uses excellent ingredients to guarantee the genuineness of its products, as well as their originality. In fact, S'Offelleria produces a family dessert, the “Morettus”, which was prepared by Mr. Zorco's grandmother and has been recognized as PAT (traditional agricultural and food product). The Morettus were born as a tart and then transformed into dumplings for easier commercialisation: the jewel of S'Offelleria.
