The Cantina Sorasi was founded in Orgosolo, at the foot of Supramonte, 400-500 metres above sea level, in the uncontaminated centre of Sardinia. The Cantina Sorasi, which takes its name from the territory dedicated to the production of cannonau, has restored in 2011 the old family vineyard, preparing it for the production of natural red wines. In 2020 Cantina Sorasi presented to the market the first Sorasi bottle, a red wine produced naturally without the addition of sulphur dioxide or yeasts. The Red wine by Sorasi is a blend of three grapes: Cannonau, Marselan and Cagnulari.
