TUNA BIS

The tuna bis by the Sud Ovest fish farm consists of fillets of tuna and buzzonaglia, both entirely handmade. The fillets come from high-quality parts of tuna caught in uncontaminated seawater, are steamed and prepared with olive oil in a vacuum-packed jar, where they remain to rest for 6/8 months before being put on sale.
