Su Grabiolu farm was founded 30 years ago, when Giovanni Busia took over from his father Michele. The company path brings to the table the first Pecorino in Europe without lactose, as well as the one with vegetable rennet and halal certification, which meets the needs of those who, for food intolerances or religious belief, do not consume cheese. Su Grabiolu also believes in tradition, and produces typical cheeses, especially using raw milk, guaranteeing a product with exceptional organoleptic properties. There is so much care for the entire supply chain that in the “Crudi d'Italia 2018” national competition Pastore Transumante, Essenza di Montagna and Su Grabiolu cheese rank in the first places. The company is open to the public with the educational farm and the farmhouse.
