The pecorino cheese with vegetable rennet by Fattoria Su Grabiolu is the first type of lactose-free pecorino produced in Europe. Always appreciated for its flavour and its delicacy, it is produced with raw milk, a processing that enhances all the scents of the pasture and wildflowers of Sardinia. Vegetable rennet pecorino is a table cheese, able to tastefully accompany bread, vegetables and sauces, and is also good when grated, thus becoming an excellent condiment to flavour pasta and soups. The pecorino cheese with vegetable rennet has a cylindrical shape with straw-yellow dough, compact and with holes. It has a minimum seasoning of 60 days.
