SU ZICHI Bonorva

Su Zichi was founded by Giampiero Deriu and Francesco Dettori in 1999, in Bonorva, in the Logudoro area. Su Zichi is specialized in the production and the distribution of typical Sardinian products to restaurants and to large-scale retail trade. The company produces the “zichi” bread, respecting the traditional recipe handed down from generation to generation. It is made of simple and and carefully selected ingredients: durum wheat semolina flour, water, salt, brewer's yeast, natural yeast. Zichi has been awarded the PGI mark: protected geographical indication.
