Tenute Smeralda is a young agricultural company founded as a continuation of the Company Cocco Francesca , which has been operating in the wine-growing sector about 50 years. The Company is located in Donori, in the Parteolla region which thanks to its microclimate has been know for centuries as an ideal area for grape growing. The wine yards are located in three different areas sandy/clay-rich and sandy/granite. The work on the vine is carried out exclusively by hand, granting us the control of every single stump, of the production and the reduction of any phytopathogens of the plant. The winery, surrounded by the suggestive wine yards of the farm, is structured in a way that any singular operation of the wine making process is meticulously followed and checked up until the bottling stage. The production is limited, approximately 50.000 bottles for year.
