Torronificio di Antonio Maxia, inherited by two generations, is very ancient. The nougat machines used for the production are from the 70’s, and have copper containers and bain-marie baking type, as it was once used. Nougat is sold especially at retail. In addition to traditional nougat, Torronificio Maxia also produces crisps and pralines.
