Trigale was founded by Pinna brothers in the Gulf of Asinara to produce handmade pasta. The owners chose the name "Trigale" (which means "fertile wheat") to emphasize that their pasta is made of a special type of wheat: the wild Sardinian one. A real important role in the production is played by water, which comes from the clear granite spring of Gallura. Even if is a young company, Trigale aims to produce a pasta that retains the most original traditional value.
