Zanda Formaggi is a company founded sixty years ago at the slopes of Arci Mount, in the municipality of Masullas, a small town of Marmilla’s area. The territory is mainly hilly, with an excellent pasturage. Here are bred Sardinian sheep and goats that produce an excellent quality milk. Salvatore Zanda founded in 2005 a workshop for the transformation of milk. The cheese tradition of Zanda Formaggi now boasts over half a century of activity. Today the entire production cycle is managed by the sons of the founder, together with one nephew. The Zandas combine tradition and innovation, bringing to the table different types of tasty cheeses.
