"Sparau", which in Sardinian means green asparagus, is a product of the Valle del Coghinas Cooperative. Asparagus is grown in the territory of the Coghinas Valley; they are collected, selected and cleaned, and then boiled and placed in containers which are filled with olive oil. The packaging technique contributes and guarantees the crunchiness that lasts over time. Sparau is ideal for bruschetta, pasta sauces or to accompany land appetizers, meats and cheeses.
