Bluefin tuna tarantello in olive oil

Althunnus Tonnare Sulcitane presents its bluefin tuna tarantello. The tarantello is fatter than the tuna steak, and is a cut made with a knife from the middle of the back of the fish to the tip of the belly crosswise. Directly from the tuna nets of Capo Altano, in the heart of the Sulcis Iglesiente coast, Althunnus Tonnare Sulcitane prepares the pickled oil dedicated to our history in an artisanal way, offering a traced and certified product and remaining faithful to the pillars of its philosophy: freshness and quality. For maturation and conservation, Althunnus uses oil from the San Giuliano company in Alghero. Product traced and certified by the appropriate BCD document.
