“Torina de Portescusi” by Althunnus Tonnare Sulcitane is the bluefin tuna fillet dedicated to the history of Portoscuso and the tuna fishery in a packaging entirely in the Sardinian language. Caught in the tuna trap of Capo Altano in Portoscuso, in the heart of Sulcis, the Althunnus bluefin tuna fillet is handcrafted. For maturation and conservation, Althunnus uses oil from the San Giuliano company in Alghero. Product traced and certified by the appropriate BCD document.
