The malloreddos produced by Kiroza – Prodotti Genuini Sardi are the fresh version of the most famous type of Sardinian pasta, also known by the name "Sardinian dumplings". Only three ingredients are involved to create these little Ogliastra’s shells: durum wheat semolina, eggs, water.
