EUCALYPTUS, THISTLE, WILDFLOWERS HONEY TRIO

The Apicultura Apinath proposes the trio of eucalyptus, thistle and wildflowers honeys. The eucalyptus honey, awarded with the "golden drop" in the 2020 edition of the Great Honeys of Italy, is an excellent anti-inflammatory with balsamic and soothing power. The thistle honey, with its amber colour and intense and spicy scent, has a strong flavour with a bitterish aftertaste and it is perfect on cheeses. Finally, the wildflower honey, with a light or dark amber colour depending on the harvesting area, is very nourishing and has a detoxifying and restorative action.
