Tuna trio in wooden box

The Carloforte Tonnare company offers its Tuna trio in a vintage wooden box branded with fire. The box contains three of the delicacies of the company: the bluefin tuna, the tarantello and the belly of the bluefin tuna. It is a real Thunnus Thynnus "on the run", the only one caught and canned in Carloforte in the ancient Tonnara.
