Althunnus Tonnare Sulcitane presents its belly of bluefin tuna. Ventresca is the most valuable part of bluefin tuna, obtained from the fattest part of the fish. In the Japanese tradition it is the most important cut, called "toro". Directly from the tuna nets of Capo Altano, in the heart of the Sulcis Iglesiente coast, Althunnus Tonnare Sulcitane prepares the pickled oil dedicated to our history in an artisanal way. For maturation and conservation, Althunnus uses oil from the San Giuliano company in Alghero. Product traced and certified by the appropriate BCD document.
