"Sinfonia" Vermentino di Gallura by Consorzio San Michele is a white DOCG wine. The harvest is done manually to safeguard the integrity of the berries. After a short, cold maceration of the grapes, this wine ferments in steel and is then refined for five to six months. Sinfonia Vermentino has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, a scent of broom and apple-fruity notes. It is of good structure, with a strong personality. Excellent as an aperitif, in perfect harmony with first courses based on crustaceans, molluscs, seafood and medium-aged cheeses.
